Utah 39 must be one of the most beautiful rides in the state. Between Huntsville and Woodruff, it ascends to nearly 9,000 feet of elevation. Even in July the forests and vistas are green, with expansive views. Plenty of National Forest Campgrounds along the way.

I even rode for a few hundred yards on the BDR (left turn on Curtis Crk Rd), but got nervous about being out there alone in case the road got worse so I turned around and continued back on 39.
